Warning! Total grossout ahead!
The attached link is totally gross. Not in a visual way it's all text , but ewwwwww. I was completely skeezed out while reading it. I'm getting a little woozy thinking about it. OK, so don't say i didn't warn you. Also, I'm probably being a little over-dramatic you be the judge.
UPDATE I've updated the link to reflect the right article. If you still want to read about Amazon's S3 service here it is.

Crime Deterrent
It's a perfectly executed comedy piece, right down to the listing of 'crime deterrent' as one of the features of the phone. I would go into more but I don't want to spoil it.

Fashion Hologram
So Alexander McQueen presented his Fall RTW collection in Paris this past week. It had a Scottish, Victorian feel to it with some awesome crazy feather headpieces. The best part of the presentation and showing Mr. McQueen's return to his awesomely outrageous style was the finale. In a glass pyramid a puff of smoke appears the smoke transforms in to a ghostly apparition in a gown made of multiple organza ruffles. So what was going on? It was Kate Moss as a FUCKING HOLOGRAM!!! Just in case you forgot that Kate is one of the coolest people on the planet.

Best Photography EVAH!
This is the work of Akiko Ida and Pierre Javelle. I don't think I have to say anything about it. It rules.

Detroit wake the fuck up!
The car above which isn't exactly what I prefer in the way of looks is what I want in the way of determination, ingenuity and passion. It was built primarily by 5 west philly kids in their shop class. OK, not really impressive, what will blow your minds is that it goes 0-60 in 4 seconds, is a soybean diesel/electric hybrid that outperforms anything coming out of Detroit right now by the big three. Also it was made from parts they scavenged and scrounged for from junkyards and the like. There's a bit a video on the report from the CBS site.
GO KIDS, GO!!!!
The anti-griddle
Minus 30°F 'griddle' freezes sauces and purees almost instantly! But only on the outside, the inside stays warm and creamy. Somebody give me $845 quick.

Alec Soth's Niagara
This is a new collection of photographs by Alec Soth. This is an amazing collection. They raw beauty of the falls intertwined with stark, cold photos of motels, newlyweds and love letters. This show just closed at at the Gagosian Gallery (Chelsea) in New York. But it is available at Dashwood books.
Kellie Dobson and Blendie
Part of her series Machine Therapy, Blendie is a voice-activated blender. Whatever your pitch is the blender operates in kind. It's crazy shit like this that makes me want to be a MIT grad.
Simpsons for real
The Simpsons opening sequence done with REAL, LIVE people. It's not as good as you want it to be.

A little crumping
I love the flailing of tiny limbs. It's always hilarious.
